Working within the events team we are looking for an events executive to support business to business events including conferences and awards from start to finish. The role will be to co-ordinate speaker requirements. Provide a first class service for delegates, guests, sponsors. Produce marketing material by copywriting and briefing designers. Liase with suppliers to provide all materials by taking ownership of the event. Produce and manage budgets. There will be a requirement to travel both nationally and internationally.
We are looking for strong interpersonal skills, a self-motivator able to juggle several different projects. You must be good under pressure and have excellent time management skills. 3 years experience required in an organizational role.
